The abdominal muscles, altogether, form the core of the body. They help you with the back pain. They reduce the back pain. The abs workouts also give your body a stability and consistency. The toning of the muscles in the abdomen leads to a better stability of the body structure. The Bicycle exercise is the best move to target the rectus abdominal (six pack abs) and the obloquies (the waist), to do this exercise correctly:
• Lie face up on the floor and put your fingers behind your head.
• Bring the knees towards the chest and lift the shoulder off the ground.
• Straight the left leg out to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning the upper body towards the abdomen. The abdominal muscles are stretched.
• Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.
• Continue alternating sides in a pedaling motion.
• Repeat this for few minutes and you will feel the effect happening.
