Remember you body was designed to be active on a daily basis and not just twice a week. Second you need to tone your muscles by doing weight training exercise at least three days a week. Having toned muscles will really improve your metabolism and allow you to burn more calories each day. Even while sleeping it is possible to lose calories provided you have toned muscles.
