This is because being both underweight and overweight is harmful for health. If somebody is underweight then he could be more prone to infections and it can also result in weak muscles, osteoporosis etc. In case of overweight there is more risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis etc. That is why it is very important to maintain your normal body weight.
