This was ones established as a quick fix-a remedy for speedy weight loss. It had some emphasis on the medical side of losing weight.

Then, this company branched off into a different approach, one that is called “more holistic” alternative type of weight loss program. So, the big question is of course is does it really work?

The claim is of course that extensive scientific research backs this program. That could be true, and while some people rated this product four stars some people have only rated it one star.

One of the main complaints is that this product is far too pricey. Another person just simply indicated that it did not work as well as expected.

So why the discrepancy?

That is a very good question. Part of the complaint about the fact that this diet does not work is the fact that it is not the easiest to follow. This is probably a very important key to the entire situation.

In addition, other people have found some degree of success. However, they may be frustrated with or not agree with various aspects of the diet, such as when meal times should be scheduled. Of course, no diet should be used without doctor’s supervision.
