Hence in this system one need no refrain from a particular food item, but the only thing that must be taken care for is that every thing should be taken in moderation. This is a very effective method for losing weight. The only disadvantage of this system is that a person has to calculate the calorie intake carefully, and sometimes it is time consuming too.
