Two Weight Loss Success Stories that will Inspire You

When attempting to lose weight fast, sometimes people need inspiration from real people. These weight loss success stories are likely to encourage you as you make an attempt to reach your goal.

Kathy’s Story

You may have seen this amazing weight loss story on the web. It is the one about Kathy Stuart. She shares how she was a size 16 in college and then after taking diet pills lost about 50 pounds.

The only problem with that was she was concerned about the possibly health risks of using this type of supplement. So, she got off them and gained the weight back.

Later in life, her clothing size was a size 20. Her husband was gaining weight too, and then decided to receive gastric bypass surgery. Kathy herself did not want to get surgery to lose weight because the thought of being under anesthesia was too scary for her.

Her husband did lose weight at a rapid pace and she continued to gain after she became pregnant. Then, after seeing an old picture of she and her husband in which she had fat around her elbows she new it was time for a change.

Kathy at one point felt better about being in a bathing suit. She then started participating in family exercise activities, such as soccer.

Regina’s Story

Regina Duplantis used a little bit different approach to lose the pounds. All she did was take a multivitamin to speed up her metabolism. Her reason for doing so was because she wanted to look her best for her wedding day.

Make no mistake about it though. This was no crash diet. She started actually losing weight over a year prior to this point. Two weeks before her wedding she had lost 43 pounds.

In addition to using a multivitamin, she took an aerobics class. She also changed her eating habits which including cutting down on carbs and increasing the amount of protein she takes in.

She mentions being sick of “sick of feeling tired and lazy.” Therefore, she chose to do something about it, and with great success.
