Also tea consumers must try to drink tea without sugar. Even potatoes are very rich in carbohydrate. Hence a person to avoid the food that is very rich in carbohydrate. A person should keep a good intake of fibre in the diet so as to reduce weight easily.

    Yup that is indeed a good way. I also tell do a 800 cal a day with 30 min crunch
