    6 months back I suffered a lot with more weight..because I am lazy to follow all diet plans and love to eat. From past 6 months I followed a diet plan regularly. Now I am very happy with my weight.

    You are correct……Taking a decision is easy, but following that is difficult. Once you followed it will give good results to every one like me… :)
