A lot of these are really good advice, I've done the ibuprofen one a lot. As a person who lives a hard lifestyle of partying and hard gym-workouts, ibuprofen is my best friend.

This is a ridiculous list for Religious and Dumb people with no self control/respect.

People are who they are! You can't change who you are, and if you think you can, then you fall in to the above two categories. For example, item #2 on your list talks about reminding yourself of guilt, which for some reason you need a list. This brings up an interesting point about those not cogniscent enough to PAY ATTENSION and remember things from day to day. Which I imagine is the reason for the reminder, but, what if you forget it, or lose it somewhere?

But I disgress; the real asshole here is the auther of these points, who in an VAIN attempt to help people... you know what, all successful people are assholes.

Rich, Fit, Happy - you conceited shitheads need to learn to let people do it themselves! THAT'S THE ONLY WAY ANYONE LEARNS, ON THEIR OWN.

I mean, fuck.
