One thing I have not yet mentioned on this blog is that there is countless e-books out there related to weight loss. One of these is the Warp Speed Fat Loss e-book.
Let’s examine the method presented within this book, shall we? This is the best way to evaluate whether it would help you or not.
The Concept
Warp Speed was designed with intensive weight loss in mind. It was intended for those who want to lose an average of two pounds per week. This program combines healthy meal plans with effective fat-burning workouts.
It is a simplified step-by-step guide designed to make this process easier than it used to be for you. Your journey begins as you make use of the 28 days’ worth of diet plans and 24 days’ worth of workout plans.
The Objective
As always, anyone who uses a weight loss program is looking for a way to shed unwanted pounds fast. In this case, you are advised how to do this in a healthy manner. The main goal is to set an ideal weight .
Pros and Cons
Warp Speed Fat Loss is designed to provide people with the motivation to begin their weight loss routine. It jumpstarts users who otherwise may not be as disciplined as they should be.
This program is also designed to help people who have reached a plateau, which usually is appoint in which they remain at a certain weight and cannot seem to lose any more. You are taught now to remain persistent every step of the way.
Furthermore, this program is created by popular nutritionists and reputable gym owner. Mike Roussell and Alwyn Cosgrove worked together to create this book and corresponding media.
The downside is that although this is a quick start plan, Warp Speed may be too intense for some. It may not be right for everyone, especially those who are not as motivated to succeed. It is up to you to make this program work for you though if you do use it.

Lean It helps to know exactly what meats you should eat while on a diet. The good news is that there are a wide range of low-calorie meats that you can enjoy that will fill you up without busting you open.
Entrées
You would be surprised at how rich-tasting many low calorie foods really are. Some of these include lightly seasoned lean meats such as the following (with some ideas of how to prepare it):
Chicken Breast-This very versatile piece of white meat takes great baked or steamed. It often has been lightly seasoned with lemon pepper, low-fat barbecue sauce, lime glaze, southwestern sauce, sweet & sour sauce or other marinade. Sometimes it is just seasoned with a no-MSG seasoning or garlic. This is a very popular low-calorie meal.
Salmon-I person love salmon with lemon pepper, rosemary, and/or parsley. Some people might prefer it seasoned with Italian spices such as oregano and garlic. I have at times also used hot sauce on it to give it a “kick.” This fish is just as versatile as the chicken breast and consists of unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3) which is good for your heart.
Tuna Steak-If you are trying to cut down on animal fats this is a delightful alternative to a big slab of steak. It is cooked in many of the same way as certain cuts of beef would be-fried, baked, or even broiled. If you broil it, make sure you check it frequently so it does not dry out or burn.
Lean beef-There’s nothing wrong with enjoying a good pot roast once in awhile, or even a small piece of lean steak. The idea is to find the least fatty of cuts as possible and cook them in ways that will promote good health. For instance, frying with olive oil instead of butter or lard is better. If you are making a pot roast, it might be to your advantage if you combine it with vegetables.
Roasted or Baked Turkey-This is more than just a food you eat on Thanksgiving. Many people cook up a turkey at different times of the year and prepare healthy meals ahead of time. It can be used in similar ways as chicken.
Sometimes people use it to make cold turkey salad with salad dressing, or they might add it to lettuce salads or make it into a sub sandwich. It has even been used as a substitute for other mean in stir-fry.
This is only a small list of ideas meant to help you cut down on the calories. An additional tip may be to find turkey-based products that replace traditional pork products. The possibilities are endless while cutting down on fats related to meats.

When attempting to lose weight fast, sometimes people need inspiration from real people. These weight loss success stories are likely to encourage you as you make an attempt to reach your goal.
Kathy’s Story
You may have seen this amazing weight loss story on the web. It is the one about Kathy Stuart. She shares how she was a size 16 in college and then after taking diet pills lost about 50 pounds.
The only problem with that was she was concerned about the possibly health risks of using this type of supplement. So, she got off them and gained the weight back.
Later in life, her clothing size was a size 20. Her husband was gaining weight too, and then decided to receive gastric bypass surgery. Kathy herself did not want to get surgery to lose weight because the thought of being under anesthesia was too scary for her.
Her husband did lose weight at a rapid pace and she continued to gain after she became pregnant. Then, after seeing an old picture of she and her husband in which she had fat around her elbows she new it was time for a change.
For her, NutriSystem was what worked. This is a program, which helps people lose weight without the work of counting calories because the meals are already prepared. It may be a more expensive solution than others but it does help a great deal.
Kathy at one point felt better about being in a bathing suit. She then started participating in family exercise activities, such as soccer.
Regina’s Story
Regina Duplantis used a little bit different approach to lose the pounds. All she did was take a multivitamin to speed up her metabolism. Her reason for doing so was because she wanted to look her best for her wedding day.
Make no mistake about it though. This was no crash diet. She started actually losing weight over a year prior to this point. Two weeks before her wedding she had lost 43 pounds.
In addition to using a multivitamin, she took an aerobics class. She also changed her eating habits which including cutting down on carbs and increasing the amount of protein she takes in.
She mentions being sick of “sick of feeling tired and lazy.†Therefore, she chose to do something about it, and with great success.
What this Means for You
These two stories should show you that not everyone uses the same approach when attempting to reach their idea weight goal. You need to examine the pros and cons of various weight loss programs to find out what is best for you.

Sometimes you can participate in a detox diet, which may help you lose weight. This is more for digestive cleansing purposes than it is for use as a diet. However, it may also have some short-term weight loss benefit.
Recommended Plan
As you learn about this sample plan, keep in mind one thing-that this is NOT a permanent weight loss solution! It is only to help detoxify and cleanse your body and get it in tip-top shape so you can set the scene for slimming down successfully over time.
The First Three Days
For the first three days, you it is recommended that you commit to a water or juice fast. Furthermore, slow down your daily activities. It is recommended if you choose the water option that it be purified water only.
The Remaining Seven Days
Breakfast-Often people who want to experience a total cleansing may eat a slice of melon. They may even eat a fruit cup with a variety of melons in it, such as honeydew, cantaloupe, Gala, or Watermelon. Eat as much as you can until satisfied.
Lunchtime-Eat one of two recommended combos: oranges and grapefruit or pineapples and plums. Do not mix these but eat until you are very satisfied. Then, in the late afternoon (about 3 to 4 p.m.) eat a glass of freshly made carrot juice.
Dinner-During supper your meal will consist of apples, pears, grapes, or bananas. Only eat one fruit and eat as much of it until you are full. You would then vary the fruits to your choosing for up to a week.
Optional Addendum: 30-day Raw Food Diet
You may decide to continue your detoxification process for another 30 days. You will usually eat a variety of different fruits and vegetables at all meals of the day. Make sure you mix equal amounts of highly acidic and low acidic selections throughout the day.
Additional Important Advice
This is a temporary diet only. It is not meant for regular use or use for long term dieting goals. While participating in this regimen, it is highly recommended that you keep your daily activity to a minimum.
The reason why is because you will be consuming far less calories than normally. Therefore, you need to conserve energy. If you have a long vacation coming up that may be the perfect time to start this in the event you work every day at a very physical job.
Notice you may feel nauseous, lightheaded, tired, or irritable when you pursue this regimen. This is normal, as your body is in the detoxification process. It may be advisable to keep your contact with people to a minimum during this time, just in case.
__
REMINDER: This should not be a regular, everyday weight loss diet. For one, you are likely to lose weight at a faster rate than normally-which would not be healthy on a long-term basis. However, this is one diet you can use to cleanse your body from the inside out.
