Lower body fat It is not hidden from anyone that maintaining a low body fat is not a lawman’s job. If not all, but surely majority find it difficult to lower the body fats. To lower body fats or to get rid of fats one needs to involve in activities that burn lots of fats and calories. Activities like exercising on high intensity, swimming, cycling, cardios, strength training, and other sports are useful method to lower body fats. a simple and basic logic is burning muscle, because that burns more calories than fats do. One thing to always keep in mind is that, only exercises or dieting alone can never be useful. A healthy diet containing appropriate amount of all nutrients also maintaining calorie intake and proper exercising can only give fruitful results for lowering body fats. A common fact seen is that women find it hard to loose weight or lower down body fat at hips and thighs. While men find it difficult at the stomach and abdomen region.reseaches have shown that men and women bodies respond differently when it comes to reducing body fat. Also a measurable difference has been observed in lower body fat of women and men. Some reasons, for this variation are necessary to know before achieving lower body fats. The first and very basic reason is that the basal lipolysis meaning fat reasons before eating meals and at rest is much lower from lower body fat than from upper body fats. This does not give clear explanation regarding lower body fat but simply gets to conclude that lower body fat is less active as compared to rest of body fats. The other reason is that in women beta-agonists level that is adrenalin, ephedrine, and caffeine do not increase the lower body fat. A reason for this can be presence of alpha-2 receptors only in women. In women, the presence of estrogen plays an important role in accumulation and protecting of the lower body fat. Using adrenalin, ephedrine, and caffeine has no guarantee of getting rid of lower body fats. But alpha-2 can be made more sensible using the insulin and hence to lower the crabs and thus improve results. Also the use of some birth control pills by women makes it somewhat difficult for women to loose lower body fats easily. To lower body fats, what is necessary is that first the upper body fats must be worked at. Before the lower body fats sets to work, that is before it becomes active the upper body fats stored must be deleted. It might take approximately six weeks for the lower body fat to become active and start reducing. So people around wanting to loose the lower body fats must not loose motivation and confidence. For better results for reducing lower body fats high intensed exercises are advisable. Low intensity exercises can also be practiced, but would show slow effects. Last but not the least, the basic concept of burning lower body fats more burning of calories are required than the amount taken.
