The Child Obesity Solution Depends on Parents, School and Grants involvement.Many children in the United States suffer because they are overweight. These children are overweight because they have bad eating habits and they get little physical activity. These children have poor health because of their condition. Changing their eating habits and by providing physical activity programs for these children can be the only solution to these problems. The child obesity solution needs to be a joint effort between the government institutions and the parents of these children. The schools must be a part of the child obesity solution. If you think that the school lunches cause obesity problems in your child, you should bring it to the notice of the management of the school. Discussion over the nutritional content of food should me made with teachers. Also the school authorities should monitor the quality and menu of food offered in the canteen. They should be made compulsory to go out and play outdoor games. Also they should do regular exercise and keep themselves active and fit. Parents should keep a watch on their children to make sure all these things are strictly followed. If it is not strictly followed, then it can affect the physical status of the child and make him more lazy and inactive. The first purpose of a child obesity solution should be to stop these children from gaining more weight, and then later to work on a weight loss program for these children. The child obesity solution must start when children are very young, and this child obesity solution must continue until they become adults. Changing poor habits during childhood is easier than changing these habits as adults. Obese children will need to spend some time to get back to their normal weight.
