Weight control is one of the major health priorities throughout the world. The people going for conventional diets have a weight loss of about five to eight pounds per annum. Why dieting is considered a difficult task? According to one of the surveys there are mainly three reasons. We can’t face our bad days, secondly, we usually make ourselves go hungry, and the last but not the least is that we don’t have anything courageous.

The weight gain is due to the much gain of calories or little reduction of them. In order to lose weight we have to fairly arrange our calorie schedule by making a change in our eating and exercise habits. But it’s not easy to change our regular habits especially when someone has to leave his favorite food. So it can only be possible if we get something incentive.
The best way to lose weight is by motivating yourself. For example: a family occasion, a beach holiday, or through a particular fitness goal.

Whatever way we choose to lose weight must be specific and should be having a particular date. For example: I want to loose weight and want to be in shape within eight months because I will be getting married. Most people generally believe that food is there enemy which is not so.  They feel the less they eat the more the lose weight which can’t be achieved in actual practice. But in actual practice the less we eat, the hungrier we get. Missing food in any time of the day is the main cause of getting hungry. So a proper diet should be taken throughout the day and a minimum of twelve hundred to thirteen hundred calories should be taken everyday and the amount should be increased if you exercise daily.

There are some good days as well as bad days and dieters too experience them. But most of them forces to perfection. If they go in a party and eat two bricks of ice cream and feel guilt that they are not perfect. There are some days when we are a little bit hungrier. When you are hungry don’t hesitate to eat more. As it may result in slower weight reduction but the actual problem is not eating properly and getting depressed.

If asked from the dieters they answer that they do so in order to improve their health and some answer that they are doing so to satisfy there partner. But these reasons are not strong enough to motivate our self to change our regular exercising or diet routine. Losing weight for others is quiet easy. But as soon as we lose weight we feel insecure to continue to our routine diet which should not be there at any cost. One of the main facts of successful weight loss is proper support and guidance. If we are unable to bear with the situation then at that stage others support may be quite useful. To choose a perfect calorie chart any one can help you.
