A joint disorder that affects the joins in your knees, hip and lower back. Overweight can increase the pressure on the joints resulting in pain. . Walk daily and reduce your weight for healthy joints of your knee. Gout is a joint disease caused by levels of uric acid in the blood. A painful disease that is common to overweight people. Gall bladder disease and gallstones also result from overweight. However, be sure to take advice of an expert, because rapid weight loss increases the chance of developing gallstones.
