You can also take low calorie dressings of salads and grilled items should be preferred more than fried ones. Foods that have high fat content should be minimized as fats digest slow and they cause an increase in the weight. By taking healthy diet we can maintain energy levels of body at constant throughout the whole day and the outcome is always better.
