Every individual has a certain number of fat cells in body that determines their fitness and health. We have diverse quantity of fat cells in our body and as we grow the fat cells numbers increase. In the age of 15-16 years number of fat cells starts establishing and with the passage of time they increase their number. Our genes and lifestyle play an important role in healthy outcome.
