This leads to stress and stress may trigger binge eating, or eating without hunger because it must be done.
Physical activity is generally about taking a walk either in the morning or evening when convenient. Using aerobic exercises inside the house itself is enough to burn the excess calories, walking across the room to your colleague, instead of using the phone, also is a physical activity. If you have to go down, you should walk down, and if possible, walk up as well. Some may prefer to go to a gym. Why wait. Join. Encourage your children to come with you during your walking or physical activity. This will help better familial bonds, as a bonus, and your children can also become healthier. As you age, your needs for additional calories will shrink, because you may not be as active as before. But if you have been maintaining optimal weight by the right kind of diet, your calorific needs met, then, you will have a healthier old age.
