Breast cancer and colon cancer gets reduced by regular walking. Even if the person develops colon cancer, the benefits of exercise appear to continue both by increasing quality of life and reducing mortality. Cardio respiratory fitness is increases significantly by walking.

Older persons improve their fitness and physical function by regular walk. Walk and alleviate symptoms of depression. Walking for 30 minutes, three to five times per week for 12 weeks will lessen depression. Self- confidence is increases by daily walking. You will happier and healthier if you walk daily.

Walking can give you better health. Walk can lower blood pressure, reduce risk for heart disease and prevents breast cancer. Improvement in immunity, better joint and bone health, improved posture, less back pain and even a reduced condition of stroke are benefited by walking. Mind will be always fresh with a good and pleasant work.
