Many people are confused when they begin exercising and dieting and find themselves gaining weight. Despite the fact that their clothes are getting looser, the needle on the scale is not going down. This can be perplexing and frustrating to a dieter.

The distribution of weight is essential when exercising, especially for men. Men do not want to be considered skinny or scrawny. It is more desirable for a man to be bulked up. This can easily be accomplished by distributing weight during exercise as weights cause size.
