So be sure if your head is fully stored with stress, it has no vacancy for the other things. Bad habits and irregular sleeping increases stress and fatigue, which makes very tired and knocked out. Dance is though considered art form but if looked in depth it is also a rhythmic form of exercise. When tensed or stressed all dance form help the body distress and release negative energy.
It is not difficult to deal with stress but all it needs is peace of mind. So just, be sure to stay fit one must always exercise, get enough sleep and meditate whenever he gets time. If any one follows this regime regularly no problems will ever be encountered by the person.
