The basic and the most essential way to attain fitness is proper selection and intake of food. Here we discuss bit briefly about food, required to maintain fitness for various categories.

Healthy eating is very essential first and foremost. It is very simple against the phobia that one has to take a lot of strain in finding and having them. Healthy food is nothing but food having rich nutrient content basically. Unhealthy food is empty on nutrients and poor in providing calories required for the body usually.

There are few ingredients in food which are to be individually considered and described.
Here we describe them.

Carbohydrates

They are primarily divided into two segments such as starch and complex carbohydrates. Fewer intakes of carbohydrates in food gives weakness and can’t give proper energy required for the body to maintain a balance in fitness. To reduce weight, one can go for no carbs diet in short term sense. But one shouldn’t be deprived of carbohydrates for longer duration.

Proteins

Proteins are potentially the body building elements. The body biologically produces amino acids inside it, however when the level is not met, one can easily supplement them by external intake of proteins which tend to help secret amino acids additionally which finally can enable to have a balance of those contents required. Several foods providing rich protein contents are egg, fish, mutton, chicken and other vegetarian products like beans, pulses, nuts and other dry foods.

Fats

Fats are rich sources of energy as they are available in highly concentrated forms in the foods carrying them. Fat is very essential for body. We know it very well that excess fat deposited in body can lead to blood pressure, heart attack and condensation of blood streams resulting in shorter life. Those having higher fatness, shouldn’t go on no fat diet, as it is obviously essential to have some amount of fat intake for the body.

Vitamins

We are all very well acquainted with the importance of vitamins for our body. The primary sources of vitamins are egg, various fruits, fish etc. Deficiency of vitamins can lead to serious diseases like night blindness, berry berry, scurvy, rickets, urinary stones etc. There are various vitamin types such as Vitamin A, B, C, D. Morning sunlight provides nice amount of vitamin D.

Minerals

As minerals are not automatically synthesized inside our body but they are rather essential for proper fitness, hence they are a must along with intake of proper fibres.
