How to remain fit? – Live your life to the fullest!

Fitness is all about the correct functioning of the body, which is capable of doing a lot of work without getting tired. A fit person is very much energetic in nature and can give untiring efforts to any type of job for hours. However there are some rules that one should follow in order to stay fit. A brief Introduction about Human Body
Human body is the most energetic and active. We can work; can earn our bread and butter only through the correct utilization of this body. But for this we must meet sufficient requirements of this machine. Proper food and diet and a lot of exercises are required for this, otherwise our body cells won’t be able to get the energy to do work. Blood will not be able to get the required amount of nutrients. Basically human body needs proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and some minerals for correct functioning and in order to remain fit.

Fitness Guidelines:

  • Proper food- It is always advisable to take the right food in the correct amount. Basically human body stays fit if a person consumes fresh fruits and vegetables (anytime at breakfast, lunch or dinner). Wheat, Rice, meat is also taken in the diet. One should always remember that the percentage of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and minerals should all be in a correct ratio.

One should try to maintain a proper timing of taking the meal every day. Skipping meals for work may lead to disastrous effects. If possible a dietician may be consulted for maintaining a balanced diet.

  • Right exercises- Exercises have become an integral part of our daily life. But right exercises at the right time will only lead to ultimate body fitness. Fitness experts advise to do exercises at early morning just because the body is relaxed that time after a good night’s sleep.

Some of the fitness exercises that are advised are like Forward bend, Side stretch, Push ups, Front press and others. Early morning walk, swimming, cycling, skiing, jogging even dancing are also good mode of exercises.

  • Sports- All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy as goes a proverb, indicates that games and sports in a person’s life is as essential as eating food. It is always suggested to excel at any particular type of sport which can be anything like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Rugby etc. Playing sports is the master of all exercises.

Mental Fitness
Fitness is not only about keeping the body feet it’s also about keeping the mind fit. One should not take up too much of work pressures because it distracts the mind and ultimately the body. So to keep the mental condition calm, quiet and energetic, meditation is required. Just try it and you will never be at a loss!
