    I am not fat, but I have a stomach. What shall I do to reduce it fast?

    Sowjanya,

    The following will help:
    1. Following a healthy "fat-free" diet.
    2. Do some exercise daily, such as aerobics which will help to burn those extra calories. Stomach-toning workout will help to strengthen & tighten your abdominal muscles.
    3. If you have a lot of sitting work, stand up every now and then for a quick break, and move your hands to the left and right to stretch out your stomach.
