1. According to your current weight, calculate your daily calorie requirements. 2. Roughly estimate your present consumption of calories by recording average food consumed in a day. 3. Reduce your present calorie intake by around 500 calories and start the diet plan yourself.
Make sure your diet consists of natural foods and is nutritious, so that your body never lacks nutrients. Try to eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Daily exercise for atleast half an hour. Have 5 small meals per day, instead of 3 big meals.
