I have lost 18 Kg in 3 months till now, but I still have a fatty belly, it seems now that I'm loosing lean mass from my upper torso instead of my belly, although I'm on low fat high protein diet, I walk about 1 hour for 5 days a week, I exercise my whole group of muscles about 3 times weekly, moderate exercises not strenuous, so how to lose my abdominal fat without loosing lean body mass anymore?
