    I have been on jenny craig for eight weeks and for the pass 5 weeks I have either lost only 1 pound or none even when I exercise, what could be wrong? I really need to lose weight and at my size I know I should be losing more weight. I am on a 1200 calorie diet, please help I need some help on losing weight.
