    My son is 10 years old, his height is 145 cms and weighs 57 Kgs. I need some help to reduce his weight.

    Many children are turning couch potatoes as they have to sit at home and just watching television. So, you must encourage your child to play. Playing outdoor spors reduces a hell lot of calories. Take him to swimming classes. Many a times, children would increase weight in vacations. So, keep him occupied. If he is too fat then use natural health supplements and especially weight loss supplement. Give him more fruits and foods high in fiber.
