My question is regarding a little bad habit that I have. I am on a 1,500 calorie a day diet and duri ng the day I do very good but with this diet you can not eat after 6:30 pm and that is the time I get really hungry and if I dontn have a snack I cant make my self sleep, so my question is, is there a pm weight loss pill that is safe to try and help me sleep without eating?
See, normally you can eat till 8.00 o clock at night. Thereafter anything you eat normally turn into fats or remains undigested. So, what I suggest is that between 6.30 and 8 you can have soups and a lot of fruits. You can even have 1 glass of cow milk or low calorie milk.
