    I am now taking 10mg of lisinapril. If I start using this diet pill, will my blood pressure increase or will I be okay.

    Hey, I am exactly not aware as to what effect would take place. If it is a diet pill why should it affect your blood pressure. I would advise you to consult your doctor before you take any such pill.
