    I have been dieting and exercising very rigorously for a month now. I feel Ive done a great job but I havent lost any weight. Why?

    Exercise is the best thing to keep your body fit. But dieting plays a vital role. So, if you do exercise vigurously but don't keep a watch on your diet then you will never lose your weight. To burn calories you must do exercise regularly. Take up swimming, walking, jogging etc. Also keep away from fast foods, fried foods, high calorie food, cheese etc. The best thing will be join a gym's weight loss program. also, you can visit a good local dietician.

    so exercies is the best thing to do, starving yourself would not be much of a benefit
