I am 22 years old, weight 115 pound. I want to loose my weight. I am vegetarian. Can you tell me how much should I eat in a day and how much much exercise do I need?
Taukib here. Losing weight has become a common issue and many people around the world are striving for this. Your weight depends on your height. So, if you can mention what your height is I can tell you accurately how many pounds you need to shed. However, as far as diet is concerned, you must have alot of fruits, soups and green vegetables. Avoid foodstuffs like fast food, high carbs like potato, butter, cheese etc. Exercise regularly. Say, around 45 mins a day. Drink a lot of water. And if you are having 3 heavy m,eals through out the day, the break this into 5-6 meals. Have frequent meals with small quanitities. Have fun, it's the age when you must not worry too much. But you must keep fit. Why don'y you join a gym?
This is Hannah. I just had a baby in December of last year and I cant seem to lose any weight. I am probably around 170lbs or so and I want to get down to 125 or 130. I need some help in trying to lose the weight.
