Hello all! I'm Ashley and I'm 21. I got pregnant in the begging of the year "2007" I weighed 117lbs and with in two months I had gained 35 lbs and well I think we all know I let food and being pregnant and trying to use that excuse to all this weight. I was eating non stop. it's a lot of weight to gain in just 2 month "I know" Well I had a miscarriage and still had this weight. Then I got pregnant just a month after my miscarriage and had a baby who is now 5 months old and I've been breast feeding and it seems as I'm just getting heavier. I'm 5'3 So now my un-glorious weight now is 185. I've been trying to lose weight but, not being able to take anything for it, it's so hard to stick with things for me. I really really need someone’s help. whether it be someone who has experience with losing weight or someone who knows a lot about losing weight. I'm in tears and completely over whelmed. Honestly having 68 extra lbs and have gained that over a year and five months I just don’t want to be this way. Can you help?
