Hi, I've also been struggling with my weight for the longest time, then one of my friends introduced me to short burst interval exercises and I was pretty amazed with how simple it is. You could do it with pretty much any of your activities. I've been doing them at home, and they worked pretty effectively. What it does is jump starts your metabolism, so that your body will continue to burn fat even after you are done exercising

I took this short burst exercise cycle example from the article above: * 3-5 minute warm up * 30 sec. "high intensity" * 2 minutes "low intensity" * Repeat this cycle for 3 to 8 times (or more, depending on your condition) * Finish with a cool down and stretching
