    I am 30 years old, weight 85 kg. I want to loose my weight. I am non-vegetarian. Can you tell me how much should I eat in a day and how much much exercise do I need? i have some artho problem so not able to do exercise..please tell me what i can do...my height is 5 feet 7 inch.

    Firstly, you must leave non veg food as it has high calories. Green vegetables and fruits are the best thing to consume while on a diet. Turning vegeterian can do many good things. Then you need to exercise regularly. There are many weight loss supplements available in the market and many of them are herbal or natural. You can buy a good brand and see to it that you get it prescribed by your physician. Drink lot of water and see the magic.
