Okay so I am overweight and have been so ever since I was little. I am really bad at diets and HATE excercise. What should I do to lose the pounds quick? Once I get started on a diet I stick to it but it's hard starting!! Thanks!!
I started Weight Watchers diet and it's SO EASY to stick to!! You don't even get hungry! For everyone who struggles with diets I strongly recomend it..
