Natural HGH

The body naturally produces a chemical called Human Growth Hormone, which is commonly referred as HGH. This hormone produced by the brain is responsible for quite a few major bodily functions.

For instance natural HGH helps maintain the heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs. It also plays a major role in metabolic activity as well as maintaining youthfulness.

Furthermore, this substance helps run the processes of the body that helps a person feel energetic. It is also what regulates the aging process in a person.

HGH Deficiency

In children this deficiency could be identified by stunted growth or underdeveloped muscles. Some children may also experience serious problems such as hypoglycemia (opposite of diabetes), seizures, or excess weight gain.

Many adults who are HGH deficient may also experience weight problems. They also may feel fatigued more often than other people and also might have decreased muscle mass.

How to Increase Natural HGH Levels

If you want to increase your natural HGH levels you will need to do more than just take a few injections or pop a few pills. You also need to watch your diet and participate in regular high-intensity strength training.

If you are ready to take on the challenge of strengthening your body and increasing your natural Human Growth Hormone levels, you have several options. Two of the most obvious would be to join a gym where you can receive specialized weight training and perform regular body weight training routines at home.

At the gym you can find a personal trainer to help you effectively perform various leg and arm exercises that will help work various parts of your body. You might also combine these high-intensity weight exercises with a selection of aerobic, dance, and elliptical (machine) movements.

If you are on a tight budget no need to worry. You can probably find income-based places to weight train. You can also use your body to train without any additional assistance from weight devices or weight trainers.

Right at home you can perform such movements such as the “one-legged squat” which mainly involves lifting all of your weight with select leg, thigh, and buttocks muscles. You would alternate legs as you follow through with a series of these exercises.

“Push-ups” are another excellent way to train at home. These type of body weight exercise will help strengthen your arms and upper body. Usually it involves pushing all of your weight up with your arms in repetition for as many times as you can.

Keep in mind when you perform either machine or body weight training routines that less is usually better. For instance, if you are working your legs in a weight machine usually sets of 10 or 20 at a time are sufficient. This will help you gain the full benefit of anaerobic exercises, which are very different from aerobic exercises.

However, it is recommended that you also include aerobic exercises. This is the type that will help your body produce the natural energy that it needs. Examples of this type of high-impact exercise include jogging, jumping jacks, dancing, basketball, or any other activity in which you run quite a bit.

Exercise Precautions

Be careful not to strain your muscles because that could result in injury. Furthermore, if you notice you are gasping for air while involved in an aerobic routine slow down.

Furthermore, it is important to choose a variety of warm-up stretching exercises. Furthermore, it is best to walk around after vigorous exercise in order to gradually bring your heart rate back down to normal.

Summary

The body naturally produces a chemical called Human Growth Hormone, which is commonly referred as HGH. This hormone produced by the brain is responsible for quite a few major bodily functions, and effort can be made to naturally increase production of it.
