It is difficult to continue exercise at home as there will not be anyone else at home to motivate you for doing exercise. You will also find multiple excuses for not doing exercise regularly.

You will feel like eating something again and again if you are at home. You will feel tired very early when you have to do exercise at home. On the other hand you will feel like going everyday to gym as you feel you have paid for its services. You have to have extra motivation to work out. It’s easy to say that you’ll work out all the time, but when the time comes to work out there are many excuses people use.

At home you have to find some method to keep yourself motivated for doing exercise. You have to motivate yourself for doing exercise on regular basis. You should set some fitness goals and try to achieve them at home. You should give a lot of importance to your physical fitness. If you are healthy then you can concentrate on your work more properly and you can give better performance in your work.
