Slow fat loss

Slow fat loss is an effective way of reducing weight. It increases physical activity and metabolism, which lowers the chance of a person becoming diabetic. This method lowers the risk of high blood pressure. Slow flat loss helps you to look lean and feel incredibly strong.
 
While fast fat loss has a greater risk for eating disorder. You may develop either anorexia (starvation) or bulimia (over eating). Fast fat loss directs to danger. Avoid using alcohol, since they are high in calorie. It burns alcohol first, which contains sugar than the fat. The process continues until all the alcohol under goes digestion completely. Eat fruits and vegetables in large quantities. Berry is good nutritious fruit .Have salad as much as u can, since salad is a big appetizer.   

Do not walk fast or jog. Just take a pleasant, easy stroll and enjoy your time outdoors. Avoid eating sugar or starches at night, because these decrease the release of growth hormone and store unwanted calories as fat. Deep sleep is necessary for your body for regulating and upgrading your hormonal tone. So, try to get 8 hours of nap.

Avoid working out too much. Hormonal imbalance will arise due to the in muscle wasting thus stores large amount fat.  If you eat appropriately, there is no need of burning calories through exercise.

Be Cool!  The cooler you stay the more heat your body must produce to keep you warm as a result more calories burn. Shivering burns triple calories than sweating.

A hobby is necessary to keep you engaged, so that you may be busy in your work than munching   always. Use stairs instead of an elevator or park your vehicle few distance away, so you can enjoy walk.  Replace high-energy density food with low calorie and high fiber foods
