Everyone is looking to gain perfect shape and want to be adored and complimented for his/ her physique. All are trying to shed the weight gained and look for the measures for weight loss. To lose weight, one should have appropriate quantity of each nutrient in his diet and he must stick to a balanced diet and one should always keep this thing in his mind that milk is an important constituent of balanced diet. Many people skip food and hardly take milk as they feel by doing this they will lose weight but reality lies on other side. The reality is they are doing more harm to their body rather than doing any good as from this way as their body will lack sufficient quantities of essential nutrients.
