AMP Pre-Post Training Pak Reviews

Does AMP Pre-Post Training Pak Really Work?

AMP Pre-Post Training Pak talks about helping you to finally get all of the results you want. They talk about helping you to improve your workouts and the results thereof with both pre and post workout supplements found in one. Of course, they only provide you with a 15 day supply at any given time. But apparently, selling through GNC, they think it’s worth the cost.

Ginger Root Extract-generally used to calm stomach upset, it does not necessarily directly control or promote weight loss.

Yerba Mate Leaf Extract-used as a natural Brazilian energy supplement, it is not effective in promoting weight loss without both guarana and damiana.

Guarana Seed Extract-used as a natural energy supplement, it is not effective in actually promoting weight loss without both damiana and yerba mate

Black Tea Leaf Extract-oolong tea is a more potent caffeine based form of green tea, more fermented. It still has powerful antioxidants and more fat burning power some would say than the original green tea.

Schisandra Fruit Extract-not related to weight loss at all, this has no related benefits.

Dillweed Extract-not related to weight loss at all, this has no related benefits.

Grape Seed Extract-a natural antioxidant, this has been used to promote greater hair growth among other things, but not to promote weight loss.

Whole Fruit Extract-not related to weight loss at all, this has no related benefits.

Yohimbe Bark Extract-it has been used as a sexual stimulant. However, it has never been used as a weight loss supplement in reality, and it can cause serious side effects such as liver damage, kidney damage, heart attack, and stroke

Fenugreek Seed-commonly used to control blood sugar and therefore control cravings, this does not actually promote substantial weight loss

Caffeine Anhydrous-a powerful form of caffeine, anhydrous means without water. It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.

Capsimax™ Capsicum Fruit Extract-cayenne pepper is something found in the common kitchen. However, it has also commonly been used as a mild thermogenic fat burning agent

L-Carnitine-a natural amino acid, there are many different ideas and advertisements about this. But it has not actually been proven to promote weight loss.

Green Tea Leaf Extract-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

Bioperine-used to enhance the absorption of other ingredients, this patented ingredient known as black pepper has been popularly used for that purpose.

We would not trust or recommend AMP Pre-Post Training Pak. It does not have what you would need to actually see results, and realistically speaking, there are so many better products out there in general terms. This simply doesn’t measure up using far too many ingredients that have nothing to do with the claims and small amounts of those that do.

Xpand Xtreme Pump Reviews

Does Xpand Xtreme Pump Really Work?

Xpand Xtreme is the formula meant to give you the ultimate preworkout results with the ultimate formula in general. They claim that Xpand Xtreme will finally give you all of the benefits you need for greater energy, pump, muscle building, and nourishment in general. But the question obviously becomes, how does it work out?

Creatine citrate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Creatine-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Di-creatine malate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

L-tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

Glucuronolactone-a naturally occurring chemical produced by the metabolism of glucose in the liver, it is important to all structural tissue, but not to weight loss

Phenylalanine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

N-acetyl-l-cysteine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-histidine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

They do have another ingredient we did not name, basically giving you a carb complex. Obviously, carbs can stand in the way of ultimate fat burning and muscle building with this kind of approach. So you would not want to bother with this particular product. The fact that they don’t have enough of the good ingredients to produce results or even the right ingredients in some cases obviously doesn’t help anything.

Maker’s Diet Reviews

Does Maker’s Diet Really Work?

A diet with a religious foundation is sure to offer a religious experience and miraculous results, right? The Maker’s Diet is a 40 day program designed to be taken in three two-week increments. The Bible, which was the inspiration for this diet program, is full of nutritional information that the creators of this product have compiled. Before trying this diet plan, Maker’s Diet creators give you a “health analysis” to determine exactly where you are at health-wise and where you should start. This diet is to be done with strict accordance to the guidelines given and should be done in conjunction with regular exercise for optimum results.

Basically speaking, this is a book written by Jordan S Rubin, the founder of a company called Garden of Life. It is not common to see side effects with this, because obviously it is not a diet pill, and it does not deprive you of any major food group. And no, candy is not in and of itself a food group. Anyway, they talk about cultivating all of the secrets of Bible times. But one thing to really note about this product is the founder. Garden of Life and Jordan S Rubin have been sued so many times by the FTC we have literally lost count, and ultimately speaking, the FTC has taken the pains to recommend that users take caution with any product associated with them.

This being said, their diet is frankly quite similar to just about any other. It cuts out a lot of fatty foods, candy, and other foods that really don’t comprise a food group, they are just relatively unhealthy for the average individual, for any healthy person or dieter really. But anyway, they don’t give you anything new by any means, and they tend to associate their product with quite a few benefits that are rather implausible to say the least. But this is without question a pattern with this particular company, and it goes without saying that you would really just be wasting time and money on this.

Boss Anabolic Fat Burning System Reviews

Does Boss Anabolic Fat Burning System Really Work?

Boss Anabolic Fat Burning System talks about helping you to finally get all of the amazing benefits and results you want from the proper weight loss supplement. They claim that Anabolic Fat Burning System will finally burn away your fat, increase testosterone production for the optimal muscle building results that you want and need, and it will help to increase your natural HGH levels as well as your immune system. They talk about shredding your fat, and otherwise, you can get extreme results. So what are the ingredients?

Testofen-basically, this ingredient remains a mystery. They have made up another ingredient that doesn’t actually exist or doesn’t actually promote weight loss to sound important. But either way, you don’t know what they use and it won’t work.

Caralluma fimbriata-a natural fat burner used in Ayurvedic medicine, this is common. But it requires over 1000mg. So there are not many companies that will accomplish this particular goal.

Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

Caffeine-It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.

Boss Anabolic Fat Burning System is a waste of time and money, and it will not give you the results you are looking for. This formula will not give you any benefits at all, using one made up ingredient and not even giving you a full ingredients list in general. It is filled with fillers, caffeine related side effects, and other possible side effects in general. Boss Anabolic Fat Burning System is something that you would obviously enough do better to avoid.

Does Arson Pro-Competition Strength Thermogenic Really Work?

Arson Pro-Competition Strength Thermogenic is the formula from Muscle Asylum meant to finally give you a replacement to and alternative for the original Arson formula. Apparently it is more powerful, it delivers ingredients faster in general terms, and finally, this formula will really give you something better, something more powerful and impressive in general terms. The question is, does it actually work and what are the ingredients?

Caffeine anhydrous-a powerful form of caffeine, anhydrous means without water. It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.

Inosine anhydrous-they are starting trials with inosine and its effects on multiple sclerosis. It has been said to improve muscle development and it has been used in some fitness supplements

L-histidine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

Yohimbine-it has been used as a sexual stimulant. However, it has never been used as a weight loss supplement in reality, and it can cause serious side effects such as liver damage, kidney damage, heart attack, and stroke

L-carnitine-a natural amino acid, there are many different ideas and advertisements about this. But it has not actually been proven to promote weight loss.

Muira puama-meant to be a natural sleep aid, this does not actually promote weight loss results
L-glutamine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-ornithine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

Gamma oryzanol-coming from rice bran oil, this has been used in some cases to reduce the symptoms of menopause, hyperlipidemia, and it has had gastrointestinal effects.

Alfalfa-a superfood, it has been shown to increase peristalsis of the bowels and purify the blood
Amylase-an enzyme that breaks starches down into sugars, that is actually detrimental in some ways to weight loss efforts being that your body then digests those sugar and potentially speaking turns them into greater fat.

Dimethylglycine-it has been used in some cases to address autism, and this amino acid can feed muscles. But it does not actually promote weight loss results.

DL malic acid-it has been known to have an important role in biochemistry. However, it has never been connected to weight loss

Arson Pro-Competition Strength Thermogenic will not actually help you to achieve the results you are looking for. This formula is a waste of time and energy, and it will only end up causing more side effects and problems than anything else. Realistically speaking, they don’t really have the right ingredients, they have a small proprietary blend, and this is exactly what you could really expect from Arson in general.

JetMass Reviews

Does JetMass Really Work?

JetMass is engineered for the average athlete or other professional looking to enhance their workouts and results with the power ultimately speaking of German creatine. This product form German American Technologies talks all about the benefits of waxy maize and for that matter German creatine, and they have a number of different ideas. So what are the ingredients?

German creatine monohydrate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Waxy maize-a filler, preservative, and emulsifier, this does not actually promote weight loss or muscle building

Creatine ethyl ester-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Creatine anhydrous-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Creatine taurinate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Creatine gluconate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

Creatine phosphate-pushes water between skin and muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, speed recovery time, and otherwise help you to get more out of your workouts.

L-arginine AKG-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-citrulline malate-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-histidine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

We would recommend strongly against the use of JetMass. While it does come with a strong name behind it, it does not come with a strong formula to back it up. Realistically speaking, JetMass will not give you the results that you are looking for, because it doesn’t have the right ingredients or the right amounts realistically. We would suggest that you find something else.

BetaStax Reviews

Does BetaStax Really Work?

BetaStax is a formula that they claim will give you ultra-rapid action liquid capsules, and apparently it will give you amazing weight loss results. They talk about giving you ultimate fat burning, appetite suppression, and a powerful biochemical edge. Apparently, this formula will finally give you everything that you need to achieve the results you are looking for. So the question becomes, is it really this way, or are they just making things up as we often see diet pills do? What are the ingredients?

Fenugreek-commonly used to control blood sugar and therefore control cravings, this does not actually promote substantial weight loss

Astragalus-taken to improve immune function and reduce risk of heart disease, this is not actually related to weight loss.

Tribulus terrestis extract-tribulus terrestis is a natural testosterone booster that can have a muscle building effect. However, it can be extremely difficult to get these results, because the amount needed is assessed by weight.

Magnolia extract-a natural relaxant and sleep aid, this does not promote weight loss

Jojoba extract-an essential oil often used in skincare to moisturize skin, it does not promote weight loss

French lilac extract-a natural relaxant and sleep aid, this does not promote weight loss

Eurycoma longifolia-popular for its alleged testosterone building and enhancing benefits, this has been used as both a fat burner and a muscle builder.

Rice bran extract-has been used to balance blood-lipid levels, it binds bile and promotes its excretion while also promoting greater regularity

Betastax has been used for multiple purposes. It has been used to promote weight loss among other things, and Betastax has some of the right ingredients including some that would make it specifically for men. The problem we find is that many of these actually require extremely high amounts, and the fact that they don’t list their amounts tells us they don’t have them. So we would not recommend using Betastax.

Wax maize-used to often thicken foods, it does not actually promote weight loss

L-taurine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-citrulline malate-said to increase NO production or nitric oxide production, they are proposing this ingredient as a replacement in muscle building and energy for the well known and accepted creatine. However, clinical studies are still deciding

Beta alanine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

L-valine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

L-isoleucine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

Acai-though featured on various news stations and otherwise, it is not actually the most powerful superfruit at all or even among them. It is lower in antioxidants than something as basic as a blueberry. But it’s from Brazil. It definitely does not promote cleansing or weight loss benefits.

Di-sodium phosphate-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.

We would not recommend using JetFuse NOX. It will not help you to promote weight loss, it will not help you to enhance your physical performance. Realistically speaking, JetFuse NOX will only be a waste of time and money, and there are far better options currently available.

Muscle Warfare NMDA Reviews

Does Muscle Warfare NMDA Really Work?

Muscle Warfare NMDA claims that you will finally get the ultimate muscle pumping and weight loss results. They claim that it has already been used by professionals, and you will finally get a powerful and chemically altered approach to weight loss. They talk about mind blowing scientific literature, and Muscle Warfare NMDA has profound elevations in anabolic hormones and natural testosterone.

They talk about leutinizing hormones, and it will give you dramatic energy, neuro contraction, power enhancement, mental energy in the gym, increased hormonal output, and otherwise the results achieved. They claim to increase power, size, and strength, and finally, Muscle Warfare NMDA will help with everything.

So how does it work? Nobody knows. It has not actually been introduced to the market yet for sale, and they don’t actually give any kind of ingredients list. They don’t really give any kind of information in general. So you don’t know exactly what you are getting into.

This being said, they have to rely on what’s called a “free trial offer.” It basically gives you about 2 weeks max for free, which includes the typically 7 days shipping time, and then they start sending you an expensive auto ship order that they make virtually impossible to cancel. This means that they already know that they couldn’t sell bottles were they to sell it legitimately.

We would not recommend using Muscle Warfare NMDA. It will not give you any weight loss results or benefits in general, and there are far better options out there to say the least. Muscle Warfare NMDA is just another waste of time and space, and it likely has serious side effects without the real results.

Metabolic Thyrolean Reviews

Does Metabolic Thyrolean Really Work?

Metabolic Thyrolean, created by Prolab Nutrition Inc., is product designed specifically to help normalize your metabolism and help with the functioning of your thyroid. Creators of this product claim that there are no stimulants used in Metabolic Thyrolean and that it will still help you achieve all your weight loss goals. This product comes in the form of a tablet which is supposed to be combined with eating healthy and exercising regularly.

Calcium-an essential nutrient, it is good for bones, teeth, etc. But it does not actually promote weight loss despite what the milk commercials may tell you.

Phosphorus-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.

Sodium-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.

Potassium-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.

Gum guggul extract-guggul is an ayurvedic herb that has been used for thyroid health because of its high iodine levels. However, if the thyroid is healthy, it won’t make a huge difference in terms of metabolism, and if it’s not, you should be seeking medical attention. Guggul in the right way can also promote the building of lean muscle mass.

Garcinia cambogia-typically requiring about 1500mg, this can produce a certain fat burning and weight loss effect. However, it’s more effective when combined with gymnema sylvestre and chromium.

L-tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss

All in all, we do not recommend trying Metabolic Thyrolean. Not only are skeptical about the ingredients, but there is no research that lets us know that this product actually works. There are plenty of products out there that come with a full list of ingredients, testimonials, money back guarantees and scientific research to back it up. Don’t waste your time and money with products that don’t give you all the information you need. We recommend doing a bit more research and trying a different product.
