Does Abdominal Cuts Really Work?

Abdominal Cuts is a formula created by Revolution Labs. It claims that you can get the ab targeting formula that will finally help you to eliminate belly fat. The problem is that realistically speaking, you cannot target one given area of fat. You have to burn fat in general and it will eventually come off of other areas in general.

However, Abdominal Cuts claims to reduce abdominal fat, increase metabolism, reduce water retention, suppress appetite, and give you deeper sleep. So basically, they have sleep aids and diuretics, which don’t promote weight loss, and diuretics can obviously cause serious harm to the body in general without really promoting at all lasting weight loss. So what are the real ingredients?

CLA-this requires about 4500mg or more to have an effect. But in that amount, it can build lean muscle mass and burn fat. Unfortunately, even with that amount, it only promotes an extra 2 pounds per year of weight loss.

GLA-a natural good fatty acid, this has been shown to improve heart health with omega fatty acid properties. But it has never been shown to promote weight loss.

ALA-a natural antioxidant, this has properties that benefit the skin, but not weight loss.

EPA-an omega fatty acid, this good fat has been shown to promote greater heart health, but not weight loss.

DHA-an omega fatty acid, this good fat has been shown to promote greater heart health, but not weight loss.

Sesame oil-with an active component known as sesamin, this can actually potentially burn fat if you use the right amount. However, that would be well into the thousands of milligrams, which you won’t find in most products.

Vitamin E-a natural and essential vitamin good for skin, it does not actually pertain to weight loss.

We would not recommend bothering with Abdominal Cuts. As was suspected, they have basically made a formula that does not promote weight loss at all. But it’s obvious considering they targeted a goal that cannot quite be achieved. You cannot specifically target belly fat or any other specific area of fat. So we would not recommend using this.
