Does Accomplix Really Work?

Accomplix is a popular brand of products meant for different approaches to weight loss, and their original product is so named Accomplix. They claim it to be a “bioactive matrix” that will help you to get patent pending and clinically proven results, stimulant free ingredients, easy to swallow capsules, a patented delivery system, rapid weight loss, blood glucose support, and a doctor formulated and approved result. So while everybody claims something like this, the question becomes, do they actually come through? Does this product actually work? Well, what are the ingredients?
Hoodia-hoodia has been hyped in the media on news programs and Oprah. However, had they done any research at all, they would have known that hoodia has actually been disproven in every major study. They tried to patent a form. But being that the original never worked, it failed. And then the South African government made it illegal to export hoodia from South Africa in the first place, the only place in which hoodia gordonii actually grows.
Banaba leaf extract-banaba leaf extract has been shown to regulate blood sugar and blood glucose levels, helping you to reduce cravings and avoid crashes. But it does not necessarily promote weight loss
Clary sage-clary sage has been known to have estrogen stimulating effects making it great for women and inappropriate for men. But it does not promote weight loss either way
Guggulsterones- an ayurvedic herb that has been used for thyroid health because of its high iodine levels. However, if the thyroid is healthy, it won’t make a huge difference in terms of metabolism, and if it’s not, you should be seeking medical attention. Guggul in the right way can also promote the building of lean muscle mass.
Citrus aurantium-a formula including the active ingredient known as synephrine, this has been pushed as the alternative to ephedra. However, in this diluted form, you don’t necessarily get the powerful effects you are looking for. It would depend in part on the concentration of synephrine actually in the ingredient listing
Cinnamon bark-a natural blood sugar regulator, it does not promote weight loss.
L-tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Magnolia bark-a natural sleep aid, this does not promote weight loss
Guarana-used as a natural energy supplement, it is not effective in actually promoting weight loss without both damiana and yerba mate
Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component
We would definitely recommend against using Accomplix. It does not promote weight loss, and in general terms, it does not actually promote any other benefits. You could without question find something better that would actually give you the weight loss results you are looking for. You just won’t find it with Accomplix.
