Does Advanced Acai Really Work?

Advanced Acai is a popular acai based product that will apparently help you to achieve your weight management goals. They claim that it gives you an infusion of all natural and healthy ingredients, and apparently it will finally give you the fat burning effects and sexy body that you are looking for.

They even offer you a “free trial” which basically means that they are ripping you off. Nothing is free, and they are signing you up for an expensive auto ship order on a product that they know doesn’t work. But that aside, you have to wonder do they use anything besides acai, do they set themselves apart from much of the competition?

Acai-though featured on various news stations and otherwise, it is not actually the most powerful superfruit at all or even among them. It is lower in antioxidants than something as basic as a blueberry. But it’s from Brazil. It definitely does not promote cleansing or weight loss benefits.

Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

Chromemate-meant to control and regulate blood sugar levels to keep them from randomly spiking and then falling, chromium has been used successfully in combination with certain other ingredients to promote weight loss. However, on its own the effect is minor at best. It generally requires about 200mcg.

Raspberry ketones-used as a natural fat burner, this has been tested in rats and shown to reduce weight gain with a high fat diet and even promote weight loss in some cases.

Ginseng-characterized by the presence of ginsenosides, this has been used in various different forms. All promote an overall feeling of well-being and fat burning with thermogenic properties. However, some relax while others energize.

Advanced Acai is one of those formulas that talks a big game. But at the end of the day, they are still basing all of their claims on the idea of using acai, a hyped up ingredient that does not promote weight loss. And ultimately, they are still relying on a scam based free trial offer to sell their product in general. So all in all, you cannot count on Advanced Acai to help you to lose weight.
