Does Amfedrine Really Work?
Giving you the mini thins, Amfedrine promises you weight loss that will speed up your metabolism and speed up your results. They promise that you can safely achieve the results you are looking for, and apparently it will also reduce how much you eat using the infamous hoodia gordonii. They talk about helping to speed up the results of your diet and exercise program, and reportedly, there is nothing else that will compare.
So while they have their various claims and they cite main ingredients and news features, is there anything legitimate about it? What are the ingredients, and do they have true benefits in general? Are the “university studies” legitimate?
Hoodia-hoodia has been hyped in the media on news programs and Oprah. However, had they done any research at all, they would have known that hoodia has actually been disproven in every major study. They tried to patent a form. But being that the original never worked, it failed. And then the South African government made it illegal to export hoodia from South Africa in the first place, the only place in which hoodia gordonii actually grows
Chromium-meant to control and regulate blood sugar levels to keep them from randomly spiking and then falling, chromium has been used successfully in combination with certain other ingredients to promote weight loss. However, on its own the effect is minor at best. It generally requires about 200mcg.
Green tea extract-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component
Caffeine-It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.
This will not help you to lose weight. Yes, these ingredients with the exception of hoodia are actually clinically proven. These ingredients could potentially help you to lose weight and achieve the results you are looking for. Of course, hoodia puts a damper on it being that you don’t actually know what they use, and they don’t have a full ingredients list.
But realistically speaking, the simple fact is that they don’t have the right amounts. They don’t actually match the clinical studies, and while it may look good on the surface, you have to have all the details to get the clinically proven results. So we would recommend staying away from this one.
