BPI Sports 1.M.R is a natural blend of natural ingredients, some of which are related to muscle building and even fat burning. However, they have just as many ingredients that are not related at all, and when it comes right down to it, they do not actually have the right amounts of anything. So we would definitely recommend against the use of BPI Sports 1.M.R as it will not actually do anything for you.
