Does CarboRid Really Work?

CarboRid is a carb blocker claiming to give you ingredients that will eliminate the worry of carb calories, and apparently it will help you to get better energy and see even faster results than ever before. They talk about it outperforming other starch blockers, and apparently it can be used in conjunction with a good diet strategy, meaning a low carb diet. Without that, these carb blockers don’t actually work.

Fenugreek-commonly used to control blood sugar and therefore control cravings, this does not actually promote substantial weight loss

Phaseolus vulgaris-an extract of the white kidney bean, phaseolus vulgaris has been known to block the absorption of a certain percentage of carbs. However, the clinical studies have not yet caught up.

Chromium-meant to control and regulate blood sugar levels to keep them from randomly spiking and then falling, chromium has been used successfully in combination with certain other ingredients to promote weight loss. However, on its own the effect is minor at best. It generally requires about 200mcg.

Vanadium-vanadium has been used to address problems such as for example diabetes as well as bodybuilding. However, it’s most common use has been to build muscles and facilitate that process.

Banaba leaf extract-banaba leaf extract has been shown to regulate blood sugar and blood glucose levels, helping you to reduce cravings and avoid crashes. But it does not necessarily promote weight loss

Gymnema sylvestre-meant to control blood sugar levels for the most part, this can promote more weight loss in certain combinations. However, on its own, the results are not as significant as you might hope.

Were this product built effectively, it would only be effective for a very limited number of people. The ingredients named here are only useful with a low carb diet, and even then results are limited at best. But the reality is that frankly speaking, they don’t even have the clinically proven amounts in the first place. So we would not recommend this product.
