Does Reveal Extreme Really Work?

Reveal Extreme is a weight loss accelerator. What isn’t? Technically, there are plenty of diet pills that don’t accelerate weight loss. But everybody say their product does anyway. So what makes Reveal Extreme different?
For one thing, it has 3 different formulas. I’ve only found one major source of information. So I’m not entirely clear on what Reveal Extreme is supposed to do and why all of these formulas matter. But considering the descriptions including ”weight loss accelerator blend”, “stress supporting blend”, and “CLA omega 3, 6, 9 blend”, only one of these “blends” is actually targeted at providing you with weight loss results. So let’s look at the supposed weight loss blend.
Key Ingredients Used
Emblic myrobalan caffeine – Caffeine is commonly used to burn fat, and it has been used to increase natural energy levels. It burns fat if you use the clinically proven amounts. But Reveal Extreme doesn’t as you might guess.
Ashwagandha – Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat things like chronic fatigue, dehydration, bone weakness, and muscle tension. But there’s nothing in there about weight loss.
White willow bark – White willow bark has been used mostly to reduce inflammation, pain, and sometimes the side effects of caffeine.
Yohimbex – Yohimbe is a common sexual aphrodisiac that has been used to supposedly improve libido. But it has never actually been clinically proven to promote weight loss. It just causes heart attacks and strokes according to reports.
Vinerol – Most commonly described as a sexual enhancement supplement, a lot like yohimbine, vinerol doesn’t actually promote any weight loss results.
Conclusion
Reveal Extreme makes claims about helping you to get some amazing weight loss results with 3 different formulas. Except, oh no, 2 of the formulas aren’t even described as weight loss formulas, let alone do those formulas have any clinically proven weight loss ingredients. The one weight loss formula has a few.
But it does not have the clinically proven amounts, and there are a lot of unnecessary side effects connected to it. Do you really want to deal with Reveal Extreme? I wouldn’t think so. But then I’m just assuming.
Does Contrave Really Work?

Contrave is currently the third prescription to be turned down by the FDA in 2010 alone! Ever since scientists tried to combine prescriptions Fenfluramine and Phentermine (fen phen) to get a safer and more effective weight loss solution, which obviously did not turn out so well, the FDA has been, some would say, overly cautious about what it allows onto the weight loss market, and thank god for that. The US market was able to avoid Acomplia, a dangerous substance meant to control cigarette cravings and weight loss at the same time because of the caution.
And maybe Contrave is not so bad. Most diet pills that have been turned down had prescription Phentermine, which is bad. But Contrave is made up of 2 prescriptions known as naltrexone SR and bupropion SR, not the same thing.
What Do the Ingredients in Contrave Do?
First, Naltrexone has been used to help addicts and alcoholics to fight the cravings. When I think about this, I think of all the treatments used to help addicts get off crack or meth. Oftentimes, these “medications” are just as dangerous and just as addicting, and many become dependent on the new drug. But who really knows. I do know that Naltrexone has been connected to some side effects of its own. But is obesity actually worse?
Bupropion on the other hand is more commonly known as Wellbutrin, a common anti-depressant that has technically been used to promote weight loss as a secondary benefit. Wellbutrin is most commonly used to treat mood disorders. Again, Bupropion has been associated with quite a few side effects ironically including panic attacks, depression, anxiety, mania, and all of the other things it is supposed to treat. But neither of these formulas have been FDA approved for weight loss. So why would you want to risk it?
Why Was Contrave Rejected?
As discussed before, the FDA claims that all 3 prescriptions turned down in 2010 were rejected due to side effects. Frankly, I think it should have been rejected due to the results or lack thereof. In 56 weeks, which is about 14 months (1 year 2 months), subjects only lost 20-23 pounds with an average starting weight of about 223 pounds. With that weight in mind, subjects should have lost that much in 1-2 months!
But while some seem to dumb the side effects down, only mentioning nausea, there are quite a few other side effects that have to be considered, and the studies are relatively limited. Most FDA officials seem to believe that the bad outweighs any good. Many believe that it will ruin the heart.
Should You Use Contrave?
When reading to reviews, I skip down to the bottom all the time, and why not. The conclusion has all you really need to know. The results with Contrave are extremely small with most losing 5-10% of their body weight in 14 months! You should lose that much in about 1-2 months with a healthy diet and exercise plan. Critics complain about what could be serious damage to the heart, and it is a perfectly legitimate concern. It was rejected by the FDA for a reason.
Does SomerSweet Really Work?

Created by Suzanne Somers, many middle aged even menopausal women seem to think that SomerSweet must be the answer to maintaining a healthy and beautiful body. Yes, you could technically get a pretty big box of artificial sweetener at the grocery store for about $5 or around there. But it seems so much more appealing to buy the Suzanne Somers approach for $20!
SomerSweet can be used in everything from cookies to tea to your favorite dessert or a dinner that require some kind of sweet additive. But what about the studies?
What Artificial Sweeteners Do
Artificial sweeteners promise to cut calories, etc. which is why so many diet sodas, etc. use other artificial sweeteners. But as it turns out, artificial sweeteners are clinically proven to increase your risk of obesity and make you gain weight! Why would it possibly do this? Because artificial sweeteners with their extremely sweet taste and low calorie count actually reeducate your body and cannot be properly digested by the body in the first place.
Is SomerSweet Any Different?
SomerSweet is made up of many of the most common artificial sweeteners, not Splenda or anything like that. Even if it were made up of Splenda, I would think that it might actually end up causing weight gain, a higher risk of obesity, etc., because the reeducation process and problem is the same. The body gets an extremely taste minus all the calories and learns to associate that sweet taste with a lower calorie count automatically.
Does SomerSweet Promote Weight Loss?
SomerSweet is sometimes used to replace sugar in certain foods. But it does not actually promote weight loss at this time. Unfortunately, the ingredients in SomerSweet have never been clinically proven to have any positive results. And considering the research, it would be more likely to cause problems than anything else.
Does SlimTs Really Work?

It has been coming for a while, companies have been introducing SlimTs for women or the equivalent thereof for years. But SlimTs is the ultimate instant slimming solution for men. It is made from spandex, and while SlimTs recommends that you go a size smaller, SlimTs is supposedly “not constricting” fitting under many other garments.
According to the main webpage and all of the “as seen on TV” infomercials, SlimTs can trim your problem areas, eliminating pounds and inches from the waist and flattening away bulges and beer bellies.
SlimTs comes in sizes ranging from small to extra-large, and considering the fact that companies have done this for women for years, it’s not particularly surprising that a product has now come out for men. And it’s not all that different except for the fact that SlimTs would also ideally constrict any moobs that men might have to go along with the excess belly fat.
So realistically, you’ll find that yes, it will temporarily solve your vanity issues, at least in certain problem areas, and it may look good under your shirt. But then again, it’s not a long term solution. You cannot wear that to the beach, and realistically, if you depend too much on it, you may actually end up gaining weight and therefore having a bigger problem than you started with.
One of the best reasons to get rid of belly fat is to improve heart health. But SlimTs does not actually get rid of belly fat, it does not actually help you to lose weight or fix other problem areas, and it definitely does not improve heart health.
There are actually other men’s slimming undershirts, and most look more like a normal undershirt again with no sagging collars, no coming untucked, and no bunching. And there are others that are a bit cheaper.
Does Arsenal-X Really Work?

Arsenal-X keeps it pretty simple. It is described as a formula that promotes extreme energy levels and intense muscle strength. Some people may want to hear something about “extreme fat burning” or maybe appetite suppression. But it gives you a basic idea of what
Key Ingredients Used
Vitamin B12 – Vitamin B12 has been used as a major B vitamin in most health and weight loss supplements, supposedly fighting fatigue. But it doesn’t actually promote weight loss
Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 is like Vitamin B12. It has been used in most major supplements. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Caffeine – Caffeine has been used to increase energy, and it also seems to promote a thermogenic fat burning effect. But it does not work unless you use at least 400mg.
Yohimbine bark extract – Yohimbine is a natural aphrodisiac that some use to increase sexual desire in men. It has never been proven to promote any weight loss related benefits. But it can cause heart attacks, strokes, renal failure, and kidney damage.
L-tyrosine – L-tyrosine has been used to support healthy lean muscle mass. But it doesn’t actually build muscle or promote weight loss.
Green tea leaf – Green tea leaf has been used to increase energy, promote thermogenic fat burning (because of its caffeine), and promote antioxidant benefits at the same time. But it does not promote weight loss unless you use at least 400mg.
Cinnamon twig – Cinnamon twig has been commonly used to control blood sugar levels, therefore helping you to control cravings. But it doesn’t actually promote any weight loss results.
Galangal rhizome – More commonly known as “Chinese ginger”, this can help you to control stomach upset. But it doesn’t actually promote weight loss.
White willow bark – Used as a natural aspirin, this is typically combined with caffeine to fight the side effects. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Eleuthero root – Eleuthero root has been used to promote a feeling of wellbeing and weight loss at the same time. But it requires at least 400mg.
Gingko biloba leaf – Gingko biloba is mostly used to increase energy and improve natural brain function. But it does not actually promote fat burning or weight loss.
Ginger root – Ginger root, the more common ginger root, is also used to improve digestive function and stop stomach upset. But it does not actually promote weight loss
Xanthinol nicotinate – It has been used to support healthy glucose metabolism, mental energy, concentration and attention, and support short term memory.
Guggul gum extract – Sometimes used to increase lean muscle mass, this can thereby increase natural metabolism.
Cayennne pepper – Cayenne pepper is commonly used to promote a slight thermogenic effect. But it only promotes a slight effect.
Conclusion
Arsenal-X supposedly promotes powerful energy and muscle strength. But there is not enough to substantiate any of these claims. Unfortunately, while Arsenal-X does have some clinically proven ingredients, it does not have the clinically proven amounts. Go figure.
Does Rezmelts Slim Crystals Really Work?

Rezmelts Slim Crystals claims to help you to get amazing weight loss results with a simple drink that works its way into the body with healthy reservatrol and other ingredients that can help you to burn fat, suppress appetite, and improve your health at the same time.
According to claims, it will help you to get powerful antioxidant benefits that should help you to metabolize with easy digestion and many other results your choice of pills, tablets, and capsules that can help you to get the ultimate approach with no water needed. But is this actually all that it is supposed to be?
Key Ingredients Used
Thiamin – Also known as vitamin B1, this B vitamin can increase natural energy, and it can fight problems such as malaise, weight loss, irritability, and confusion. But it does not actually promote weight loss. Ironically, it fights unhealthy weight loss.
Riboflavin – Commonly known as Vitamin B2, it has been used as part of phototherapy to fight neonatal jaundice. But riboflavin does not actually promote weight loss
Niacin – Niacin is commonly used to increase energy being a natural B vitamin. It has been known to cause flushing, hence some niacin known as “no flush niacin.” But it does not promote weight loss
Vitamin B6 – One of the most commonly used B vitamins in diet supplements, this is not an active ingredient. It does not promote weight loss
Folate – Folate is a natural B vitamin that has been used to increase natural energy levels and improve health. But it does not actually promote weight loss
Vitamin B12 – Vitamin B12 is the other most commonly used B vitamin in health and weight loss supplements. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Biotin – Biotin is rather commonly used to promote B vitamin benefits. But that does not actually include weight loss
Pantothenic Acid – Pantothenic acid is a natural B vitamin known for those benefits. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Chromax – Chromax has been most commonly used to control blood sugar, helping you to improve health and some have used it as a natural way to complement their diabetes medication. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Taurine – Taurine acts as a natural amino acid that can help you to improve lean muscle mass. But it does not actually promote weight loss
Caffeine – Caffeine has been used to increase natural energy and promote weight loss in some by creating a powerful thermogenic effect. But it does not work unless you use at least 400mg. Even with less, it can still cause side effects.
Conclusion
Rezmelts Slim Crystals supposedly helps you to get health and weight loss benefits, and while the whole site focuses on reservatrol, ironically, the Rezmelts Slim Crystals formula does not actually have any reservatrol. The only active weight loss ingredient in Rezmelts Slim Crystals is caffeine. But Rezmelts Slim Crystals does not have the clinically proven amounts either way.
Does WonderSlim Really Work?

Providing a number of meal replacements and diet foods, WonderSlim is a lot like just about every major diet plan I’ve seen. The prepackaged foods make quite a bit of money, because you become dependent. You have to buy the foods, and of course, WonderSlim does not actually teach you anything new. If you were to learn to diet on your own, you would not have to use WonderSlim! But what are the actual results?
How Much Can You Lose With WonderSlim?
If you limit yourself to the WonderSlim diet and all of its prepackaged foods, chances are you can actually lose weight. And as long as you don’t overdo it, you could probably lose a good 2-3 pounds per week. The foods are specially formulated to have the right number of calories, especially when combined with a healthy exercise plan. But the problem, which has been stated before, is that the results don’t last.
Why Do People Gain the Weight Back?
Unfortunately, most people don’t actually want to buy WonderSlim forever. Yes, the chocolate bars are actually pretty good in some cases, and again, it is technically perfectly portioned, etc. But then again, you might want to think about the fact that it costs over $100 a month to keep this up. Most people don’t spend that much in groceries on just themselves each month, let alone any more.
So most people stop using the WonderSlim diet. Most people try to go back to regular eating, and unfortunately, most people have not learned anything, going back to old and destructive habits. Jennifer Hudson has succeeded in part because she is using a diet that teaches you new habits. But just think about Kirstie Alley, who was extremely public about her failure and weight gain.
Conclusion
WonderSlim uses a diet made up of prepackaged foods that supposedly help you to lose more weight. But bottom line, while WonderSlim can help you to lose weight at first, it’s expensive and completely unsustainable. What a surprise.
Does Lean Xtreme Really Work?

Didn’t we get rid of all of that cortisol crap back in the 90’s? It’s back with Lean Xtreme, supposedly helping you to control cortisol, burn fat, maintain muscle mass, and get no jitters fat loss, even leading to washboard abs.
Lean Xtreme supposedly brings you the ultimate answer to your problems, allowing you to get the complete body redefining solution. But while we know that Lean Xtreme does not control cortisol, it could still theoretically burn fat if it had clinically proven fat burning ingredients.
Key Ingredients Used
Green tea – Green tea has been used to burn fat, suppress appetite, and promote healthy antioxidant benefits at the same time. It requires about 400mg to do all of this, and it can cause caffeine related side effects. But if you use the right amounts, the good can outweigh the bad.
Coleus forskohlii – Coleus forskohlii requires about 1000mg, and it can suppress appetite and build lean muscle mass at the same time. But most companies do not use the clinically proven amounts.
Phosphatidylserine – Sometimes used in injections that supposedly melt fat and allow you to pee it out, this has never been proven to promote weight loss.
5-AT – This has been used as a part of 7-keto, which has been clinically proven to burn fat. So theoretically, this could burn fat too. But you have to have at least 200mg to get results.
7-OH – This has been used as a part of 7-keto, which has been clinically proven to burn fat. So theoretically, this could burn fat too. But you have to have at least 200mg to get results.
Conclusion
Lean Xtreme has some clinically proven ingredients and some that are a little bit questionable at best. But Lean Xtreme does not have the clinically proven amounts of any of these ingredients, and you would be vastly better off using something else that actually has clinically proven ingredients, clinically proven amounts, etc.
Does Food Lover’s Diet Really Work?

The Food Lover’s Diet is focused on doing the obvious: helping you to lose weight, tone your body, and get better weight loss results. Food Lover’s Diet does technically focus on people who want to get a great beach body. But its main advertising approach involves great tasting breakfast, lunches, and dinners, “and it totally works.” So what do you do?
Eat
If you stop eating, you will lose weight at first. But we all know the negative effects of anorexia and other similar or close to eating disorders. The Food Lover’s Diet encourages you to eat, but limit yourself to about 1500 calories a day, and exercise, and you should be able to get all of the nutrients you need and lose weight at the same time.
The Right Mix of Nutrients
There are some diets that cut out one major food group. But you should not do this, ever, and the Food Lover’s Diet focuses on you getting all of these nutrients in the right amounts and with a certain balance. The Food Lover’s Diet tells you to get a good mix of whole grains, vegetables, and fruits as well as unsaturated fats from olive oil or nuts, lean protein, etc.
Keep Your Expectations in Check
If you expect to lose 10 pounds in 7 days, then chances are you will not be able to get the results that you want. But if you keep your expectations in check and expect to get healthy results (most experts say that (you can lose about 2 pounds a week with a healthy diet and exercise program), you are more likely to get the results that you want.
Remember to Exercise
Don’t forget to exercise. Exercise is absolutely essential to successful weight loss, and without it, you will just end up with more problems than not and more likely issues with weight rebound.
Conclusion
The Food Lover’s Diet is based on good principles. It has a good combo of nutrients, exercise, etc., and it seems to also have recipes that can give you a better idea of what you should be eating. There are other things that matter. But bottom line, this may be worth trying.
Does 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi Really Work?

We love Japanese diet pills, because Japanese diet pills must burn fat, help you to live 100 years, and help you to feel better, look better, and be better all at the same time. And the 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi must logically be a Japanese diet pill designed to give you all of this in a pill!
This is all fine and good, except for the fact that none of this is actually true! Unfortunately for the hopeful dieter, the reason why Japanese people tend to be thinner, healthier, and live longer is because Japanese people tend to eat healthier, exercise more, and practice healthier habits in general, even when it comes to smoking! Yes, a lot of Japanese people smoke. But even the heaviest cigarettes in Japan are significantly lighter. Think about what that says for what would be considered healthy dieting for weight loss in a country where most people are already healthy or underweight.
So what are the amazing ingredients in 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi that supposedly do this kind of job?
Key Ingredients Used
Lingzhi – A popular Asian mushroom, this does have certain nutrients. But it does not actually promote weight loss results.
Ebony – Ebony has been used in sculptures, and it’s a hard, dark wood. But ebony does not promote weight loss.
Fox-nut – Fox nut seems to improve “male virility”, but not weight loss
Tuckahoe – Tuckahoe works mostly as a mild diuretic. But it is more likely to cause side effects than actual weight loss results.
Seman pruni – Seman pruni has been used as a laxative. But it doesn’t actually promote weight loss.
Dioscoreae – It has been used to replenish the spleen and stomach, but not to promote weight loss.
Wheat germ – Commonly used in many different health supplements, this does not actually promote weight loss.
Conclusion
The 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi formula is no surprise. It doesn’t have a single clinically proven weight loss ingredient, and 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi can still cause side effects. It’s a relatively common thing among diet pills, and unfortunately, if you use 2 Day Diet Japanese Lingzhi, it clearly affects you. Good news, you can always use something else.
