Does Cinch Diet Really Work?

Have you ever thought about what it would take to lose weight? Most of us think about losing weight as diet, exercise, and self-discipline and denial. But according to the Cinch Diet, you don’t have to make sacrifices anymore! The Cinch Diet is specially designed to help you to lose weight “without sacrificing your health or the foods you love.”
If you haven’t noticed, most diets don’t actually require you to “sacrifice your health.” Even low carb diets now focus on healthier approaches rich in nutrient dense vegetables and lean proteins. The only thing that separates the Cinch Diet from other diets is this idea that you don’t have to actually give up unhealthy foods to get results.
How to Lose Weight Without Dieting
First, take the word “diet” out of your vocabulary. Diet is often seen as a bad thing, and most people think of a diet as something that you do until you lose weight, then going back to your old bad habits. You should make a lifestyle change, and if the Cinch Diet can help you do that, who’s really complaining? How does the Cinch Diet do this?
The Basic Concepts Behind the Cinch Diet
• Eat 4 Times a Day – There is no cardinal rule about how many times a day you should eat. But most range between 4 and 6 meals a day. A lot of bodybuilders consume 6 small meals a day, the operative word being small. More meals means less food at each meal (if you do it right), not necessarily feeling hungry all the time, and keeping your metabolism running at all times. So yes, that part does work.
• Space Meals 3 to 5 Hours Apart – If you eat 4 meals a day and eat every 2 hours, then you are going to end up out of meals and hungry by let’s say 2 o’clock (assuming you start your day at about 8). And if you are doing it right, then you shouldn’t be that hungry. If you eat about every 3 to 5 hours, you should stay satisfied.
• Eat 50 to 100 Calories of Dark Chocolate a Day – This doesn’t actually help you to lose weight. It just fits into the idea of losing weight “without sacrificing your health or the foods you love.” Dark chocolate is lower in calories than other types of chocolate, and it has all of the antioxidant and other health benefits of chocolate.
Is It Really That Simple?
The Cinch Diet makes other recommendations, giving you meal plans and focusing on healthy eating. It does require some sacrifice if you just love fatty foods. But that’s a good thing. The Cinch Diet does try to make healthy taste good. So logically, the Cinch Diet could actually help you to lose weight. But it’s not quite as easy as advertisers make it sound, and I have a hard time seeing you going out with friends, hitting the restaurants, etc.
