Does Cleanse For Life Really Work?
Created by Isagenix, a large and well known MLM company, Cleanse For Life claims to have discovered the missing link between amazing health and lasting weight loss. Apparently, they have unlocked the miracle that you need to lose weight and achieve the ultimate benefits. Apparently, you will achieve more energy, natural weight loss, reduced cravings, improved muscle tone, balanced digestion, and greater mental focus by using it.
So is there any truth to it? A cleanse can be effective. A cleanse can get rid of pounds of toxic buildup in the system while also helping you with other greater benefits. You just have to have the right cleansing ingredients. So the question is, what are their ingredients?
Aloe vera-a natural and effective digestive aid that promotes healing within the stomach as well as in the skin
Pau d’arco-a natural herb derived from the inner bark of the tabebuia tree, it has been known to be used by the Incas and Aztecs. It has been proven healthy in general, and it’s been used for everything from pneumonia to stomach ulcers. However, it has not really been used for weight loss
Suma root-often called Brazilian ginseng, this has been used to increase resistance to stress and boost overall function. However, it has never really been associated with weight loss.
Eleuthero root extract-not a true ginseng at all, eleuthero does not have the classic ginsenosides. However, it can still promote a potential fat burning effect and energy if used in the right amounts.
Burdock root extract-it works as a diuretic, a diaphoretic, and a blood purifying agent
Fennel seed-helps to promote a healthier GI tract and regularity as a natural fiber
Peppermint leaf-peppermint leaf has been used as a natural laxative and also to promote healing and relieve stomach upset associated with the digestive system.
Licorice root-it has been known to soothe an upset stomach and alleviate diarrhea. But it does not actually promote weight loss.
Choline bitartrate-a water soluble essential nutrient, this was chemically synthesized in 1866 after being discovered in 1864. But it has never been connected to weight loss.
L-methionine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
We would not recommend this. It sounds good. But they don’t actually really have cleansing ingredients, and most of their ingredients are also unrelated to weight loss. It comes from a big company, and so they assume they can get away with not providing you anything useful or beneficial. We would not recommend using this Isagenix product.
