Does Core4 Cheat Really Work?

The Core4 Cheat works as a sprinkle that you put on food. They claim that it can eliminate up to 25% of the calories eaten, helping you to eat your favorite foods without the guilt. It is apparently clinically proven to promote weight loss, it’s tasteless and effective, and they claim it’s even patent pending. They even seem to allow for the fact that everyone needs a cheat day once in a while. So does this formula work? Does it actually keep you from eating more or eliminate calories that you are taking in, making it easier to have your cheat days in a good diet plan? What are the ingredients?
Konnyaku root-a natural appetite suppressant, this can blow up in the stomach when combining a minimum of 1000mg with 8oz of water before 2 major meals per day. It is a completely stimulant free fiber, and it has been recognized to be quite effective in general terms.
Core4 Cheat has one appetite suppressant. Glucomannan has been known to blow up in the stomach and suppress appetite. The problem is that they don’t actually have the required amount. You have to have at least 1000mg if not more to have this particular effect. It has also been shown that appetite suppressants don’t necessarily lead to weight loss. Many people who are overweight are so because they eat even when they are not hungry. All in all, it will not help you to lose any weight or achieve any results at all. Basing a weight loss product on cheating is not the best idea.
